Mechanical
Engineering |

The
Mechanical Engineering Department prepares working drawings from
specifications and outline drawings. The designs are in accordance
with ASME Sect. I (S Stamp) and VIII (U Stamp), TEMA and API 660
codes and standards.
Repairs can be completed in accordance with
NBIC R Stamp.

All mechanical designs and drafting are on in-house computer
facilities including:
ASME Code Calculations
TEMA Calculations
Tube Layout Optimization
Outline Drawings
Detail Drawings
Drawings are available on computer disc or transmitted
electronically (AutoCAD and PDF).

Member Heat Transfer Research, Inc.
Utilize HTRI full thermal design rating and check rating
programs.
Representation at HTRI meetings. |

Sales & Marketing |
| Personnel available and trained to handle:
Contractor RFQ's including thermal rating, estimation and
quotations.
Users inquiries for full shell & tube exchangers and custom
parts.
Replacement parts per drawings or redesigned to specifications.

Inspection |
All Quality Inspection Department personnel are
qualified ASNT Level II.
One Beacon Insurance (formerly Commercial Union) is our
authorized inspection
agency for CODE compliance. |
