HTE ESTABLISHED IN 1974

Heat Transfer Equipment Company (HTE) was
established in 1974 as a manufacturer of shell and tube
exchangers by Wayne A'Neal and Dick Carson and is a
proven leader among heat exchanger manufacturers.

Over the years, HTE has expanded to over 100 employees
and 195,000 square feet of production, storage, and
offices. We are a member of HTRI and TEMA.
We are ISO 9001:2008 certified (ANSI-RAB Certified,
#A0002329-1). Full design programs in rating and
mechanical design of shell and tube exchangers are
utilized. Our present management combines many
years of experience in the design and manufacture of shell and tube exchangers. The company supplies shell and tube exchangers to refineries, chemical, gas, and power plants in the U.S., Canada and worldwide. Certified weld procedures utilizing SMAW, SAW and GTAW are available. Equipment can be manufactured in accordance with ASME code stamps "U", "S" and NBIC "R". HTE is a fully integrated company having the ability to perform thermal check ratings and mechanical designs for the preparation of drawings for fabrication utilizing CAD design.

We pride ourselves on not only hiring but keeping good employees. 51% of our employees have 5 plus years of service and 12% have over 15 years or more. Some of our most recent retirees had over 30 years of service. Our philosophy is to promote from within whenever possible.

All manufactured equipment is designed and fabricated in accordance with TEMA, HTRI, API 660, NBIC, ASME Sect. I, II, V, VIII, and IX (U, S, & R Stamps).
